I'm a citizen of the world searching to satisfy my wanderlust while working out of my New York City apartment. I'm a problem solver, strategic thinker, and innovator passionate about the intersection of business strategy and technology, specifically in emerging technologies and driving innovation in rapidly evolving fields. With a background in financial services, at my core, I thrive on solving complex problems and am passionate about creating positive impacts on society.

Combine effective interfaces, smart interactions, and consistent visual language into a captivating design that resonates with the target audience.

Map design to code. Smooth constraints. Solve edge cases. Move that button 2 pixels to the left. Fill the gap between functional and delightful.

6. Refine

Test prototypes with real people against actual problems. Combine insights with intuition and experience. Evaluate against target metrics. Iterate and improve in pursuit of the ultimate user experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Vise

  • Set and communicate ongoing & long-term product roadmap for a technology-powered asset manager that aims to bring personalized, intelligent investing to the wealth management industry
  • Launched 0-1 platform-defining features including a version-control supported Strategy Center for users to build and customize investment strategies, trade rationale to understand Vise’s decision-making process, and investment flexibility enhancements through additional investment vehicles

Optimal Dynamics

  • Created, developed, and delivered new products and features to help logistic companies automate and optimize operational processes and make strategic business decisions around the customer’s truckload networ
  • Formulated and executed 30/60/90-day plans to employ structure and product processes (set the product vision, build roadmaps, and execute the strategy) to streamline minimum engineering and customer success resources and ship MVPs as quickly as possible

Bridgewater Associates

  • Research and perform statistical analysis on global macroeconomic data to enable trade signal generation
  • Partner with engineering and core research to improve accuracy of investment logic and systematize new logic in order to increase quality and speed of signal generation
  • Own and manage data flows from 15 source vendors to systematically transform the data into tradable portfolios

Bridgewater Associates

  • Oversee systematic portfolio construction for the $135 billion AUM global macro hedge fund’s beta portfolios, which transforms conceptual investment intent from research systems into trades of financial instruments across asset classes
  • Responsibilities split between portfolio management to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and improvement projects, which included the research, planning, designing, and release of complex financial tools for internal use

DWS (Formerly Deutsche Asset Management)

  • Drove investment strategy and product vision and led global cross-functional team in UXR and engineering over 12 months to design, implement, and ship iWARP, a 0->1 MATLAB-based desktop application designed to perform asset allocation and compute long-term capital market assumptions across multiple asset classes for senior leaders representing $55 billion AUM

Launched in 2017. The DWS Commodity Team ingests and stores large quantities of macroeconomic, market, and financial data related to the signals, indicators, and various data actuals to make tactical investment decisions in global commodity markets.

Launched in 2016. The Journal of Medieval and Early Modern Studies is Duke University's premiere digital and print publication fostering the rigorous investigation of historiographical representations of European and western Asian cultural forms from late antiquity to the seventeenth century. The journal is published triannually, and manuscript submissions are collected year-round.

The focus of this solution was to develop a centralized user management and analytics platform to more effectively utilize and distribute the CHCPSF's volunteer and financial resources.
